{"id":11652,"date":"2019-03-11T20:50:44","date_gmt":"2019-03-11T18:50:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.damtn.government.bg\/programmes-and-projects\/op-konkurentosposobnost\/"},"modified":"2019-04-10T12:50:38","modified_gmt":"2019-04-10T09:50:38","slug":"op-competitiveness","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.damtn.government.bg\/en\/programmes-and-projects\/op-competitiveness\/","title":{"rendered":"OP Competitiveness"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\" id=\"wpb-content-root\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>PROJECT\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BG161PO003-4.3.02-0001-C0001 \u201eStrengthening the surveillance and control bodies at the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance as a part of the national quality infrastructure\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>of<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>STATE AGENCY OF METROLOGICAL AND TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE with the financial assistance of the OPERATIONAL PROGRAM \u201eDEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE BULGARIAN ECONOMY&#8221; 2007-2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On 18th September 2012, the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance (SAMTS), as a concrete beneficiary under the announced by the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism procedure for granting of gratuitous financial assistance under\u00a0<strong>Priority axis 4<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;Strengthening the international market positions of Bulgarian economy&#8221; of the Operational program \u201eDevelopment of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy\u201d 2007-2013,\u00a0<strong>Area of intervention 4.3<\/strong>\u00a0\u201eImprovement of the national quality infrastructure\u201d, signed a contract with the Contracting Authority of OP &#8220;Competitiveness&#8221; for implementation of a project named\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/damtn.government.bg\/images\/AdmServices\/OPK-bg.ppsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>BG161PO003-4.3.02-0001-S0001 &#8221; Strengthening the surveillance and control bodies at the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance as a part of the national quality infrastructure&#8221;<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0 period\u00a0 of\u00a0 project\u00a0 implementation\u00a0 is\u00a0\u00a0<strong>36\u00a0 months<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0 the\u00a0 total\u00a0\u00a0 project\u00a0\u00a0 amount\u00a0\u00a0 is\u00a0<strong>5 865 541.38 BGN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following four main activities are envisaged to be executed for the project realization:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activity 1: Organization and carrying out of training of the SAMTS\u2019s staff aimed at improvement of the administrative capacity related to the implementation of new market surveillance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Activity 2: Exchange of experience and best practices regarding the modernization of lifts manufactured before 1990, in order to reach a safety level approaching the requirements of the Directive 95\/16\/EC.<\/li>\n<li>Activity 3: Participation of SAMTS experts in the activities of European and international institutions and structures<\/li>\n<li>Activity 4: Improvement of the quality and quantity of services and activities for the business related to the surveillance and control functions of SAMTS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All requirements for publicity and information regarding the project will be implemented during the project execution and after its completion.<\/p>\n<p>Project implementation will lead to establishment of equal market conditions for the business through increasing of the efficiency of surveillance and control bodies in SAMTS \u2013 a part of the National Quality System.
