of Operational Program \u201eAdministrative Capacity\u201d<\/strong>, area of intervention 2.2 \u201eCompetent and effective public administration\u201d, signed a contract for project\u00a0 implementation of\u00a0<strong>\u201eAssistance to the professional growth of employees of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>with the Managing authority of Operational program (OPAC) &#8211; Directorate \u201eOPAC\u201d of MF on the 27th of January 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The period of project implementation is\u00a0<strong>9 months<\/strong>\u00a0and the total project amount is\u00a0<strong>62 835.95 BGN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The following activities and sub-activities are foreseen to be performed for the project realization:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activity 1: Trainings in the field of human resource management;<\/li>\n<li>Activity 2: Trainings on legislative aspects and management of the administrative activities;<\/li>\n<li>Activity 3: Trainings in field of information technologies;<\/li>\n<li>Activity 4: Specialized foreign language trainings;<\/li>\n<li>Activity 5: Trainings in the field of financial and economy management;<\/li>\n<li>Activity 6: Trainings on managerial skills;<\/li>\n<li>Activity 7: Activities related to information and publicity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In accordance with the project all the requirements for publicity and information will be applied for the whole period of its implementation and after its completion.<\/p>\n<p>The project implementation will lead to improvement of the SAMTS employees\u2019 knowledge and skills in order to perform their professional duties more efficiently and more effectively as well as to contribute for achieving the global objective of OPAC: Improving the performance of public administration for the implementation of effective policies, quality services to citizens and businesses and creating conditions for a sustainable economic growth and employment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The procedure for granting free financial aid is performed with the financial assistance of the Operational Programme \u201eAdministrative Capacity&#8221;
