{"id":11680,"date":"2019-03-11T22:30:55","date_gmt":"2019-03-11T20:30:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.damtn.government.bg\/programmes-and-projects\/op-administrative-capacity\/proekt-14-32-6-01-09-2014\/"},"modified":"2019-04-10T13:17:35","modified_gmt":"2019-04-10T10:17:35","slug":"project-14-32-6-01-09-2014","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.damtn.government.bg\/en\/programmes-and-projects\/op-administrative-capacity\/project-14-32-6-01-09-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Project 14-32-6\/01.09.2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Project of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance under Operational Program \u201eAdministrative Capacity\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201eDevelopment and implementation of modules for automated data exchange to the information system and establishment of electronic register of legal entities licensed for carrying out technical inspection of high-risk equipment\u201d \u2013 no. 14-32-6\/01.09.2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance, as a beneficiary of the open procedure for selection of projects which cover specified quality requirements with a defined date of application, announced by the Ministry of Finance under Priority axis III &#8220;High quality administrative services and development of the electronic management\u201d of Operational Program \u201eAdministrative Capacity\u201d, area of intervention 3.2 \u201eStandard information-communication environment and operative compatibility\u201d, signed on the 1st of September 2014 a contract for project implementation \u201cDevelopment and implementation of modules for automated data exchange to the information system and establishment of electronic register of legal entities licensed for carrying out technical inspection of high-risk equipment\u201d \u2013 no.14-32-6\/01.09.2014<br \/>\nThe term of project implementation is 12 months and the total project amount is 482 623,87 BGN.<\/p>\n<p>The following activities are foreseen to be performed for the project realization:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activity 1: Development of tender dossiers and carrying out of tender procedure for choosing project activities\u2019 executors<\/li>\n<li>Activity 2: Technological developments<\/li>\n<li>Activity 3: Development and implementation of electronic register and software modules to the information system and preparation of practical guides<\/li>\n<li>Activity 4: Re-engineering of administrative processes and preparation of normative documents<\/li>\n<li>Activity 5: Activities related to information and publicity<\/li>\n<li>Activity 6: Financial audit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Regarding the project all the requirements for publicity and information will be applied for the whole period of its implementation and after its completion.<\/p>\n<p>The project realization will lead to overall improvement of SAMTS\u2019s administrative services by the implementation of electronic management and offering of electronic services and register as well as it will contribute for achieving the global objective of OPAC: Improving the performance of public administration for the implementation of effective policies, quality services to citizens and businesses and creating conditions for a sustainable economic growth and employment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The procedure for granting free financial aid is performed with the financial assistance of the Operational Program \u201eAdministrative Capacity&#8221;
