Project: BG16RFOP002-2.004-0001 \u201cProviding favorable business environment through the establishment, maintenance and development of information databases in the field of market surveillance, metrological supervision and quality control of liquid fuels and by improving the technical capacity of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance\u201d<\/p>\n

On 22.11.2016 the project of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance BG16RFOP002-2.004-0001 \u201cProviding favorable business environment through the establishment, maintenance and development of information databases in the field of market surveillance, metrological supervision and quality control of liquid fuels and by improving the technical capacity of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance\u201d started.
\nThe implementation period of the project is 36 months, the total project value is 1999 953.82 leva.
\nMain activities:
\n\u2022 Activity 1: Establishment, maintenance and development of information databases and electronic registers for the SAMTS needs;
\n\u2022 Activity 2: Improvement of the technical provision of control and surveillance activities by supplying measuring and testing equipment and specialized motor vehicles;
\n\u2022 Activity 3: Activities related to project information and communication;
\n\u2022 Activity 4: Development of tender documentation for the envisaged in the project public procurements and preparation of analyses and assessments of the technical specifications;
\n\u2022 Activity 5: Insurance of the supplied measuring and testing equipment and specialized vehicles;
\n\u2022 Activity 6: Financial audit of the project.
\nThis project aims to enhance national quality infrastructure (with its core elements \u2013 market surveillance, legal metrology, technical inspection, conformity assessment and quality control of liquid fuels), which is a prerequisite for the formation of capacity growth of the SMEs and creation of favorable business environment for the economic operators.
\nThe implementation of the project will improve the quality of the provided by SAMTS surveillance and control activities, it will help for ensuring fair competition and equal market conditions and thus will contribute to the business environment improvement.
\nThe procedure of direct financing is realized with the financial support of Operational Programme \u201cInnovation and Competitiveness\u201d 2014-2020, (OPIC), under Priority Axis 2 \u201cEntrepreneurship and capacity for growth of SMEs\u201d, Investment Priority 2.2 \u201cCapacity for growth of SMEs\u201d, co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
