Project of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance under Operational Program „Administrative Capacity”
„Development of the SAMTS’s information-communication system for offering electronic services and electronic register of the different types of high risk equipment (HRE) as well as development of modules for integration to external systems and registers“ – contract no.13-32-3/27.01.2014.
The State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance, as a beneficiary of the open procedure for selection of projects which cover specified quality requirements with a defined date of application, announced by the Ministry of Finance under Priority axis III “High quality administrative services and development of the electronic management” of Operational Program „Administrative Capacity”, area of intervention 3.2 „Standard information-communication environment and operative compatibility”, signed a contract no. 13-32-3/27.01.2014 for project implementation of „Development of the SAMTS’s information-communication system for offering electronic services and electronic register of the different types of high risk equipment (HRE) as well as development of modules for integration to external systems and registers” with the Managing authority of Operational program (OPAC) – Directorate „OPAC” of MF on the 27th of January 2014.
The period of project implementation is 18 months and the total project amount is 383 994,26 BGN.
The following activities and sub-activities are foreseen to be performed for the project realization:
- Activity 1: Analytical activities;
- Activity 2: Reengineering of the administrative processes and preparation of normative documents and practical guides;
- Activity 3: Technological developments;
- Activity 4: Development and implementation of information-communication system;
- Activity 5: Development of tender dossiers and carrying out tender procedures for choosing of activities’ executors;
- Activity 6: Activities related to information and publicity.
In accordance with the project all the requirements for publicity and information will be applied for the whole period of its implementation and after its completion.
The project realization will lead to the overall improvement of administrative services of SAMTS by means of the implementation of electronic management and offering of electronic services and register as well as it will contribute for achieving the global objective of OPAC: Improving the performance of public administration for the implementation of effective policies, quality services to citizens and businesses and creating conditions for a sustainable economic growth and employment.
The procedure for granting free financial aid is performed with the financial assistance of the Operational Programme „Administrative Capacity” co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
