Project of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance under Operational Program „Administrative Capacity”

„Improvement and development of the competence of the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance’ employees” – A13-22-54/19.06.2014

The State Agency for Metrological and Technical Surveillance, as a beneficiary of the open procedure for selection of projects which cover specified quality requirements with a defined date of application, announced by the Ministry of Finance under Priority axis II “Human Resources Development” of Operational Program „Administrative Capacity”, area of intervention 2.2 „Competent and effective public administration”, signed on the 19th of June 2014 a contract for project  implementation  „Improvement and development of the State Agency for Metrological Technical Surveillance employees competence” with the Managing authority of Operational program „Administrative Capacity” (OPAC) – Directorate „Administrative Capacity” of MF.
The period of project implementation is 9 months and the total project amount is 80 840,79 BGN.

The following activities are foreseen to be performed for the project realization:

  • Activity 1: Organization and management of the project;
  • Activity 2: Specialized trainings on subjects of IPA’s catalogue 2014;
  • Activity 3: Training on “Team effectiveness. Creation, motivation and development of a team”;
  • Activity 4: Training on “Leadership and adapting”;
  • Activity 5: Training on “Innovation and business oriented management”
  • Activity 6: Training on “Public and media presentation”;
  • Activity 7: Activities related to information and publicity.

Regarding the project all the requirements for publicity and information will be applied for the whole period of its implementation and after its completion.

The project implementation will lead to improvement of the SAMTS employees’ knowledge and professional skills in the field of their competence by actual and appropriate trainings as well as to raise their motivation for making and developing professional, competent, responsible and loyal employees in order to set up highly effective administration with high level of competence in unison with the main purpose of Priority axis II “Human Resources Development” of Operational Program „Administrative Capacity” .

The procedure for granting free financial aid is performed with the financial assistance of the Operational Programme „Administrative Capacity” co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.
